What's Happening In White Plains This Weekend

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – A baseball car show featuring sports legends, the 49th annual stamp, coin and paper money show and a reptile expo are a few of the events happening in White Plains this weekend.

Friday

Baseball Card Show: 1 – 7 p.m. The Thanksgiving Sports Card Show comes to White Plains Friday through Sunday and will feature signings by sports legends. Saturday, they include NFL Hall of Famer and 1986 and 1990 Super Bowl Champion Lawrence Taylor and 1988 MLB MVP Jose Canseco. Sunday, they include MLB Hall of Famer and 1978 MVP and MLB 1992 MVP and Cy Young winner Dennis Eckersley. Admission is $7 for adults and kids under 12 get in for free. Westchester County Center, 198 Central Ave. 

Stamp, Coin and Paper Money Show: noon – 6 p.m. Celebrating 49 years at Westchester County Center, this free show will include more than 100 dealer booths, including stamps, coins and postcards. The show is also open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Westchester County Center, 198 Central Ave.

Saturday

Toy Time with Trucks: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Parents join their children in independent playtime. White Plains Library, 100 Martine Ave.

Sunday

New York Metro Reptile Expo: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Thousands of live pet reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates will be on display and for sale at 230-plus vendor tables. No personal pets allowed and all children must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children age 7 to 12. Children under 7 get in for free. Westchester County Center, 198 Central Ave.
