Monday, Sept. 16

Health-Care Workshop: 6:00 p.m.  With the recent delays in some provisions of the Affordable Healthcare Act, solo entrepreneurs and small businesses must still get ready to enroll in the New York State Healthcare Benefit Exchange.  The Business Council of Westchester will continue its outreach to educate businesses on the implantation of the act by holding numerous presentations.  Free.  The Business Council of Westchester, 108 Corporate Park Drive, White Plains.  www.westchesterny.org

Celebrate "Grand Theft Auto V" Launch:  10 p.m., Microsoft at The Westchester, will host a midnight launch party for "Grand Theft Auto V" where fans can compete for fun and bragging rights. Joint Replacement Rehab Class.  2:00 p.m.  Burke Rehabilitation Hospital will host a class on post joint replacement rehabilitation.  The class will feature presentations by a cross-functional team from Burke.
