Westchester Night At Islanders Game Benefits Tarrytown's Volunteer NY!

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Tarrytown based nonprofit, Volunteer New York! has been selected to be the beneficiary of the first New York Islanders’ Westchester Community Night game on Tuesday, March 29 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, with sponsorship support from Balancing Life’s Issues, Inc. 

The Islanders will host Westchester Community Night on Tuesday, March 29, with a portion of each Westchester Community Night ticket going to Volunteer New York! of Tarrytown.

A portion of every Westchester Community Night ticket will go towards supporting volunteerism and nonprofits in Westchester and the surrounding communities.

An expected crowd of thousands of Westchester fans and residents, including Westchester Deputy County Executive Kevin Plunkett, will join Volunteer New York! as they support the New York Islanders on Westchester Community Night. The New York Islanders are currently in the race for a post-season playoff spot.

Discounted tickets starting at $35 are available for purchase through the group promotional calendar on www.islanders.nhl.com by using code: REPWESTCHESTER. Included with every ticket is a free New York Islanders Westchester Community Night t-shirt.

Thanks to support of Balancing Life’s Issues, Inc. Westchester parents who are bringing children aged 12 and under will have the chance for them to ride the Zamboni during intermission.
