Walk To End Alzheimer's Steps Off At White Plains High School

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Alzheimer's Association has planned its Walk to End Alzheimer's, the nation’s single-most effective source of awareness and fundraising for Alzheimer’s, for 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, at White Plains High School, 550 North St.

More than 5 million Americans are in the process of having their memories erased and their lives dramatically transformed by Alzheimer’s, a disease that has no cure, has no effective treatment and whose course cannot be slowed.
