WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- More than 300 guests recently attended the 12th annual Top Hat and Cocktails Gala to benefit the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Westchester animal shelter in Briarcliff Manor at the Ritz Carlton in White Plains.

Honorees at the event included: NHL hockey coach John Tortorella and his wife Christine of Stamford, Conn., as well as Rick Joseph, DVM and his wife Nuda Sarcone of Katonah and Olivia Segal of Valhalla.

The event also included attendees from North Salem, Pleasantville, Pound Ridge, Chappaqua and Briarcliff Manor.
