Scream For Ice Cream: Häagen-Dazs Shop Opens In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Just in time for the frosty temperatures, a new Häagen-Dazs shop in White Plains is providing residents a little extra chill by offering delicious free scoops during its grand opening Saturday.

The new Häagen-Dazs shop at The Westchester in White Plains will dole out free scoops of ice cream Nov. 19.

The shop at The Westchester, 125 Westchester Ave., will have the special event from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Community members are invited to enjoy irresistible creations made with Häagen-Dazs super-premium ice cream and sorbet during an ice cream lover’s dream event that includes:

A free scoop of Häagen-Dazs ice cream given to the first 500 guests
The chance to win free ice cream for a year from The Westchester Häagen-Dazs Shop ($480 value)
Häagen-Dazs mascot Coneman will be on hand and available for photographs throughout the day.
