WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Now that it feels like spring, it's time to get out of hibernation and start making plans.

Such is the hope of the folks behind ArtsWestchester, who recently launched ARTSEE, a cultural festival spanning 70 events across the county.

March 17-April 11: Maureen McCourt: "Secondhand Clothing Conversation," at Westchester Community College Center for the Digital Arts, Peekskill Extension. This interactive art installation investigates the global, economic and cultural implications of the secondhand clothing trade. March 14: "The Pigeoning," at Mamaroneck's Emelin Theatre. This dark comedy is a puppet show for adults about the modern mania for cleanliness and control. Get Artsy: 8 p.m.; $34 tickets, www.emelin.org/.

March 28: Concert by Margaret Leng Tan, East-West Encounters, The Concert Piano Re-imagined. Leng Tan is known for her avant-garde works for piano and toy pianos. Get Artsy: $20 tickets; 7:30 p.m. in Arts Westchester Gallery, www.artswestchester.org/.

April 16 – April 26: New York International Children’s Film Festival, The Picture House, Pelham. This is the largest film festival for children and teenagers in the U.S. and is an annual Oscar-qualifying event that includes discussions with directors, animators and actors. April 17-May 2: "Outside Mullingar," presented by Hudson Stage Company, Armonk. The story of an Irish father and son who, along with their neighbors, consider questions of life, death, love and the family farm, performed at Whippoorwill Hall Theatre at the North Castle Public Library. April 25: The Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company performs new works at Westchester Community College’s Hankin Academic Arts Building, using movement as a metaphor to take audiences on intellectual and emotional journeys. Get Artsy: $24 tickets, 8 p.m., www.sunywcc.edu/events/.

May 28-June 28: NEW: WOW – The Art of Martin Kruck & Creighton Michael at The OSilas Gallery at Concordia College in Bronxville. This exhibition features new work by ArtsWestchester 50 for 50 prize winners. Get Artsy: Free, gallery times vary, www.osilasgallery.org/.

June 7: Cultivate 2015 at Copland House at Merestead. It's not often you hear the world "world premiere" in Westchester but here you'll find six, written by fellows of Copland House’s emerging composers’ institute right here in Mount Kisco. Get Artsy: $15 tickets, 4 p.m., www.coplandhouse.org/.

June 20: 70th Anniversary Opening Night Performance at Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts in Katonah. The concert features a newly commissioned work by Christopher Theofandis, performed by the Orchestra of St. Luke’s. Get Artsy: Tickets $20 to $65; 8:30pm, www.caramoor.org/.
