Meet Author Stephanie Evanovich At White Plains Library

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Stephanie Evanovich, niece of bestselling author of the Stephanie Plum series, Janet Evanovich, will speak about her debut novel at the White Plains Library on Saturday at noon.

Evanovich's novel, "Big Girl Panties," is described as a "beach read" centered around a young widow who learns how to build a new life for herself.

Like her aunt, Evanovich was born and raised in New Jersey, hailing from Asbury Park. She is a former actor, holder of a black belt in tae kwon do, avid sports fan and mother of two sons, according to a White Plains Library release.

A raffle for prizes will be held and refreshments will be served.
