Chirico, Gangi and Moore ranked first, second and third, respectively, among their office colleagues in terms of closed sales volume for the month.
Placing first within the office for December was Chirico, with a closed sales volume of $3,972,000 for the month, the third in a row for which she ranked among the office’s top three.
Gangi placed second among her Valley Realty colleagues for December with $3,512,000 in closed sales volume for the month.
With a closed December sales volume of $2,727,500, Moore placed third in the office for the month.
