O’Neil will be at the library to explain how individuals can coach family, friends and co-workers to find the answers they need.
O’Neil earned her Master's degree in Education and is a former Connecticut educator.
A career change led her to Columbia University to pursue her Master's degree in social work, which led her to open Westport Family Therapy.
She also went on to pursue a year long coaching program, which led her to launch Heroics Coaching, a program that enables individuals and businesses to turn inward for answers when dealing with issues that are preventing personal or professional growth.
