  • Tramps Like Us: Saturday, Jan. 10, at 8 p.m. – Tickets $27. Tramps Like Us is “the world’s foremost Bruce Springsteen tribute band” (Music & Musicians), and the only one endorsed by E Street Radio, the official Springsteen station.
  • "R+J: Star-Cross’d Death Match": Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Jan. 15-17, at 8 p.m. – Tickets $30. The Emelin Theatre leaves the house to stage this utterly new, yet true-to-Shakespeare, boozy retelling of "Romeo and Juliet" at Molly Spillane’s. Must be 21 to attend.
  • The subdudes: Thursday, Jan. 22, at 8 p.m. – Tickets $50. Led by singer/guitarist Tommy Malone and accordionist John Magnie, the subdudes draw most of their inspiration from the sounds of their native New Orleans, blending blues, gospel, funk and R&B with their own harmony vocals.
  • "Click, Clack, Moo": Saturday, Jan. 24, at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – Tickets $15. The Emelin’s popular Family Series continues its season with this new musical about negotiation and compromise, based on the "Caldecott Honor Book" by Doreen Cronin and Betsy Lewin. Appropriate for ages 4 and older. A Theatreworks USA production.
  • The Ivy League of Comedy: Saturday, Jan. 24,  at 8 p.m. – Tickets $25. With all original material, The Ivy League of Comedy brings you stand-up comedy’s funniest and brightest, and stars Shaun Eli, Carmen Lynch and Wali Collins.
  • Willie Nile: Saturday, Jan. 31, at 8 p.m. – Tickets $32. Willie Nile comes to the Emelin for what promises to be an amazing performance. Currently in the midst of a creative renaissance, Nile is producing some of the most compelling music of his 35-year career. His newest album, "American Ride" offers a bracing set of rock originals; upbeat and full of life, the songs are an instant reminder of why Nile has shared the stage with the likes of Bruce Springsteen and The Who.
