Choice Hotels International, Inc., one of the world’s largest hotel companies will host local dignitaries, business leaders and press to celebrate the grand opening. There will be a beer tasting and competition between several local breweries.
A judging panel, led by White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach and comprising local media personalities and corporate leaders, will help the hotel determine the next local craft brew that will be added to the hotel bar menu.
Guests will also enjoy music from a prominent local disc jockey, food pairings from Cambria’s own chef Michael DeMaria, hotel tours, and well known guest speakers from the hotel and community.
