Westchester's Massey Named Bridges To Community Award Winner

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Paul J. Massey, a longtime Westchester County resident and president of New York investment sales of Cushman & Wakefield, will receive the Bridges to Community 2015 Outstanding Vision and Commitment to Action Award.

The award is given to individuals who have a made a significant impact in helping people in the developing world

Massey will be honored at the Bridges to Community Leadership Dinner on April 22 at Tribeca 360 in New York City.

Proceeds will fund the Ossining-based Bridges to Community development programs in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Massey first volunteered with Bridges in Nicaragua in 2008 and has made numerous trips to the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere since then.

As chief executive officer of Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on Jan. 1, 2015, Massey oversaw the direction and growth of the New York metropolitan area’s premier full service brokerage firm.

With more than $4 billion in annual sales, Massey Knakal also ranked as one of the nation's largest privately owned real estate brokerage firms. Massey Knakal has been a generous corporate sponsor of Bridges to Community.
