She is a human resource practitioner who has spent 25 years of her professional career in human resources at not-for-profit teaching and community hospitals in Connecticut and New York.
“Deb’s extensive human resources and organizational behavior experience in the health care industry will be especially beneficial to the future of VNS Westchester,” said Tim Leddy, the agency’s interim president and CEO, in a press release.
Gogliettino has a BA in history and a MS in administration from Western Connecticut State University and has completed graduate work in counseling and human resource development at the University of Bridgeport and is a certified executive coach. Gogliettino is a second-year doctoral student at Grand Canyon University, focusing on organizational leadership.
She has served as an adjunct professor in human resources and business communication at a number of private Connecticut colleges. She has developed curriculum in human resources for both undergraduate and graduate level programs. Gogliettino lives in Danbury.
