The company held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday at 39 Marble Avenue. The office is designed to green with a super-insulated envelope, lots of northern glass for daylighting and views, ultra-high efficient HVAC and plumbing, LED lighting, roof mounted solar electric generation and native plantings.

“For more than 40 years our firm has been on the forefront of designing environmentally-friendly buildings. Now it was time for us to walk-the-walk and make our own building a model of sustainability” said principal partner Laurence Barile.

Pleasantville Mayor Peter Scherer praised the new building, saying it sets a high bar for the village.
