TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- The Westchester County Association will kick off 2015 with an analysis of the year to come with a breakfast on Thursday, Jan. 8, at The Westchester Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown.
“2015 Forecast: State of the Westchester Market” will give business leaders a better understanding of the global, national, and local trends that will drive the economy in the year ahead. The breakfast is from 7:30-10 a.m. Pre-registration is recommended, and tickets are available at Westchester.org. The event leads off with County Executive Rob Astorino, who will outline his priorities for 2015. He will be followed by Lisa Shalett, who makes frequent appearances on Bloomberg TV and Fox Business Network. Shalett is head of investment and portfolio strategies, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
The breakfast concludes with a real estate roundtable moderated by William Cuddy, executive vice president, CBRE, and featuring panelists Guy Liebler, president, Simone Healthcare Development; Chris Meyers, managing principal, Houlihan Lawrence, Inc.; Ayall Schnanzer, chief executive officer, Friedland Realty Advisors, and Glenn Walsh, executive managing director, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
