WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Business Council of Westchester has elected six new members to its board of directors -- Kevin Bovet, Heidi Davidson, Taryn Duffy, Eon Nichols, Patricia Simone and Mark Weingarten.
“They bring a tremendous depth of experience in a wide range of fields from law to sports marketing to real estate to government affairs.," said Marsha Gordon, Council president and chief executive officer.
"They are all leaders in their respective fields and will be a true asset to our board,” said Council Chairman Anthony Justic.
Bovet is vice president of Sales and Business Operations, Westchester Knicks (NBA Development League, NY Knicks affiliate).
Davidson is a marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience helping companies of all sizes tell their stories.
Duffy is the director of Public Affairs at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway where she oversees lobbying and political activities, and manages civic engagement and community relations.
Nichols is a partner in the Real Estate/Transactional department at Cuddy and Feder, where his practice includes both commercial and residential real estate, real estate financing, commercial lending transactions and leasing.
Simone is president of Simone Management Group, a division of Simone Development Companies, a real estate investment and development company.
Weingarten is a partner at the law firm of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Wise & Wiederkehr. He is a member of the firm’s executive committee and the Land Use and Zoning and Government Relations practice groups.
