Residents are urged to share their photographs on their social networks and encourage others to do the same.

Astorino pushed his plan Wednesday in Eastchester, where he spoke alongside Eastchester Town Supervisor Anthony S. Colavita.

"Regardless of whether you are looking for high end or thrift, big malls or strip malls, specialty items or staple items, we have some of the best shopping destinations right here in Westchester," Astorino said.
